Aspheres leads to much better imaging properties and reduce the overall number of optical elements in most applications. asphericon produces diameters from 2,0 up to 250mm with a roughness as low as 1 nm Rq.
Axicons, also known as rotationally symmetric prisms, are offered in a large variety of shapes, sizes and materials. Their production qualities are very similar to the ones for aspherical lenses.
Mirrors and reflectors with parabolic or custom-defined aspheric surface curvatures are one of our peculiarities. All designs will be delivered in the usual asphericon high-quality.
Our technology enables the production of off-axis-mirrors and reflectors. Depending on geometry and deflection angle we manufacture according to individual requirements.
