asphericon delivers a worldwide exclusive collection of standard aspherical optics using CNC grinding and polishing machinery. Some SPAs™ are directly available from stock with a usual lead time of 2-3 business days and can be the ideal solution for many needs, or a quick way of testing a concept and defining the perfect custom lens.
The experience of manufacturing aspherical cylinders for OEM customers gave us the unique possibility to create an attractive selection of cylinder-designs especially for laser applications.
asphericon SPA™ UV-grade fused silica can be used for wavelengths starting with 185nm as well as for high-power laser applications >1 KW.
