Quality assurance

Quality assurance is a very important part of our production process. Every single production step is automatically recorded - from the incoming components to the pre-delivery inspection.

Our self-developed data-base system performs an automatic recording of the process parameters of the CNC machinery and all tactile and interferometrical measuring data for every single asphere. If needed, the data can be brought up from the database.

Because of this system, we can guarantee for the first time complete tracking in the optic production.  A data-sheet covering all process steps, parameters and measurement results can be provided for any optical component produced by asphericon.

asphericon is DIN-certified with ISO EN 9001:2000.
